Electribe ES1-MK2 in good condition, with some slight signs of use.

Factory reset performed to restore original samples, patterns and songs.
Comes with the original charger.
I’m including a SmartMedia card and a USB card reader, which you can use to transfer samples from your computer; of course, you can also sample directly onto the device via the audio inputs.
I have put the factory file on the SmartMedia card, along with instructions and a firmware file (you won’t need the latter, but it’s nice to have). I’m also including a printed user manual (I’ve lost the original) so you can get started straight away.
