This Strat, built in Fender’s California workshops in 2017, features a ’63-style C-shaped neck with a rosewood fingerboard and a 9.5" radius. In a nod to the ’90s, the maple is birdseye, and it is fitted with Sperzel locking tuners. The alder body comes in a beautiful Fiesta Red NOS (New Old Stock) finish, and paired with gold hardware, it brings to mind… Hank Marvin, of course! The pickups have been replaced with a boutique Dominger set. Truly worthy of its Custom Shop badge, it sounds fantastic. Sold with its certificate of authenticity, case candy, and original tweed case.
