The guitars has hand applied shellac coating, stained maple tuning pegs and bone nut.
This instrument has been played, there is a little wear and patina. But it is overall in great playing condition!
It is very well made. Only hand tools were used, everything was glued traditionally with hide glue.
It offers quite an open and loud sound with great timbre and projection! It would make a great instrument for student of 19th century repertoire.
The scale length is 610 mm, the nut width is 46 mm.
