About this listing
Suhr Classic S Antique – 3-Tone BurstThe Suhr Classic S Antique combines traditional S-style character with the precision and refinement of Suhr’s modern construction. Finished in 3-Tone Burst with light lacquer aging, this example keeps the familiar vintage aesthetic while incorporating a more contemporary neck specification and hardware package. The 2-piece alder body is paired with a roasted maple neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard. Suhr’s Even C Medium profile measures .840" at the first fret and .920" at the twelfth, while the 9"–12" compound fingerboard radius and 22 Heavy nickel frets provide a smooth transition from comfortable chord work to easier upper-register bending.Three Suhr ML Standard single-coil pickups create a traditional SSS layout with clear, articulate response across all three positions. The electronics remain straightforward with a 5-way blade selector, master volume, and two tone controls.A Gotoh 510 two-post tremolo with bent saddles and steel block is paired with Suhr locking tuners for stable, precise performance. Aged Green plastics and clay-style fretboard dots complete the vintage-inspired appearance.SpecificationsGeneral Model: Classic S Antique Orientation: Right-Handed Color: 3-Tone Burst Finish: Lacquer, Light Aging Spec Number: 22395 Serial Number: 22395Body Body Material: 2-Piece Alder Body Contour: Arm, Hand & Tummy Body Binding: None Chambering: None Sound Hole: None Input Jack: Face Jack, Chrome Pickguard: Aged Green, Classic Tremolo Cavity Cover: Standard, Aged GreenNeck Neck Material: Roasted Maple Fingerboard Material: Indian Rosewood Neck Shape: Even C Medium Neck Dimensions: .840"–.920" Fingerboard Radius: 9"–12" Compound, Standard Roll Number of Frets: 22 Fret Material / Size: Nickel, Heavy Side Dots: Clay Fingerboard Inlays: Face Dots, Clay Nut: TUSQ, White Nut Width: 1.650" Headstock: Original Logo: Gold DecalElectronics Neck Pickup: Suhr ML Standard, Parchment Middle Pickup: Suhr ML Standard, Parchment Bridge Pickup: Suhr ML Standard, Parchment Pickup Configuration: SSS Controls: Volume, Tone, Tone Switching: 5-Way Blade Optional Electronics: NoneHardware Bridge: Gotoh 510 2-Post Tremolo Bridge Saddles: Bent Saddles Tremolo Block: Steel Hardware Finish: Chrome Tuners: Suhr Locking, Chrome Strap Buttons / Screws: Chrome Knobs: ParchmentStrings / Setup String Gauge: .010–.046 Tuning: E StandardAccessories Case: Black Hardshell Case
