Don't let the low cost fool you! These great sounding Dayton Audio CS625C 6-1/2" ceiling speakers are ideal for adding music to the kitchen, den, bath, or patio! They feature a weather-resistant 6-1/2" carbon fiber cone with butyl rubber surround, and a coaxially mounted 1" Mylar dome tweeter. Perfect for locations exposed to high moisture, these speakers can hold their own against most environments (although they not intended for immersion).
The Dayton Audio CS625C's retrofit design allows installation in both new and existing construction in just minutes. Sold in pairs, the system includes removable steel mesh grills, built-in mounting brackets, hardware, and installation instructions.
*Note: Remove and discard the 1/8" perforated ring that connects the center "painting grill mask" and the outer "mounting template" before attempting to use the templates.
