Remo djembe drumhead, M2 Type, SKYNDEEP Natural, Goat Stripe Brown Graphic, 14" Diameter, 2.5" Collar. Type 2 MONDO heads come in either NUSKYN, FIBERSKYN 3 or SKYNDEEP for different instruments. All heads come with a high collar and utilized a straight-wall ACOUSTICON construction with a 1/2" support rim around the outside bottom for mounting with a tension ring.
History: In 1992 the MONDO drumhead introduced a new era of innovative drumhead manufacturing, increasing the possibilities for Remo World Percussion. Mondo (Italian for "world") drumheads are created using PTS (Pre-Tuned System) technology which was created in 1980. This ground braking innovation advanced the world percussion manufacturing possibilities decades ahead of the drum industry.
