Alhambra Crossover CS-3 CW E5

The Alhambra Guitars Crossover series is a unique fusion of classical guitar and acoustic guitar. It has a classic guitar body, but has a narrower neck and a cutaway like an acoustic guitar. The Alhambra CSs-3-CW S Series E12 is a very interesting instrument because it is a new guitar concept very suitable for a wide range of styles, and for those who need a modern expression solution but with a classy touch. Basically it is a thin line steel guitar with a wide nut (47mm nut) and this makes it much more comfortable for finger style.

The S Series is an improved version thanks to the new bracing, which with it has more volume.

The electric system is just perfect, consisting or a Fishman under saddle pickup + internal mic which can be blended at the onboard preamp. Extensive EQ options here plus some cool tools to avoid feedback (Phase, Notch). Built in Tuner.

This is a surprisingly loud guitar, especially considering that the body is so thin and comfortable. Sure, you don't get a deep low end but for string to string balance is perfect, making it perfect for fingerpicking. Of course the wide neck is just a joy to play. If you plug it in, the excellent Fishman system is absolutely perfect and you get a full bodied natural sound. The thin body in this case means that this guitar is less prone to feedback than large bodied ones.
