[Maestro Special]
This is a 2012 model of the "Maestro," the highest-end model of Sakurai Kohno guitars, made by Masayoshi Sakurai. It is a flagship model that combines the traditional manufacturing techniques inherited from Ken Kohno with the outstanding design and acoustic technology of Mr. Sakurai, who is internationally acclaimed. Made using carefully selected top-grade materials, this instrument boasts a well-balanced sound with rich and deep bass, transparent midrange, and extended and glossy treble. With its extremely fast attack, this guitar faithfully expresses the player's intentions, from delicate nuances to powerful forte. It excels not only in the beauty of single notes but also in the resonance of chords, producing a resonant tone that carries well even in large spaces such as halls and salons. A major attraction is the mature sound and rich overtones characteristic of a 2012 model, which has been properly played for many years, offering a refined sound that cannot be found in current models. Its playability is also noteworthy; its excellent response and stable neck condition ensure comfortable playing, making it a guitar that will satisfy a wide range of players, from professional musicians to advanced amateurs and even collectors. This is a superb concert classical guitar, truly a lifelong treasure, possessing the style and perfection befitting the Maestro name, the pinnacle of the Sakurai Kohno brand.
