Gemeinhardt M3S solid silver flute in excellent condition, freshly serviced and ready to play.

Made in Elkhart, Indiana, the M3S is a professional step-up model featuring a solid silver headjoint, body, and footjoint. This open-hole model is well known for its warm tone, strong projection, and responsive keywork — an outstanding choice for advancing students, serious hobbyists, or returning players wanting a high-quality American-made instrument.

This flute was just professionally restored at Sweetwater. The service receipt (shown in the final photo) details the recent work completed, including:

It is playing properly with smooth action and excellent pad seal throughout.

Includes all 5 open-hole plugs, which make the instrument easier to play for beginners or transitioning students. The plugs can be removed at any time if a player prefers the traditional open-hole feel. This makes it a very versatile setup for students at different levels.
