About this item:

Only DiMarzios with "square legs" were produced in the 1970s. In 1980, DiMarzio transitioned to triangular-shaped legs.

This model is essentially a DiMarzio Super II, made in the USA by DiMarzio for import models. The square legs were clipped at the factory to fit the pickup cavities of a wider range of imported model guitars (from Japan mostly but also from some Italian manufacturers). Later, in the 1980s, DiMarzio transitioned to triangular-shaped legs. The pickups are in very good, all-original condition and have been tested. They come complete with screws and springs, as shown in the photos.
