Overview:
For those unfamiliar with the brand, Starfield was created by Hoshino Gakki (Ibanez). In fact, "Starfield" is the English translation of "Hoshino." These guitars were produced between 1992 and 1994 as modern interpretations of classic designs. The Starfield name was used because it was believed that consumers wouldn't accept traditional-style guitars under the Ibanez brand, which was and still is best known for super-strats. Starfield guitars were produced from 1991 to 1994, musicians such as Richie Kotzen, Rob Buck, the band Live and others were spotted with Starfield guitars. There were three lines of Starfield guitars: a USA Custom-made line (which includes this guitar), a Japan-made line, and a Korean-made line.

About this guitar: 

The guitar is in very good condition, it has some usage markings and a couple of very small dings (all professionaly repaired and documented on the photos). This model is fitted with Seymour Duncan Pickups ( Jeff Beck TB-4 on the Bridge + 59 Model on the neck) and an original Wilkinson WK100 Bridge. The neck and fretboard and the frets show some light usage markings but are in great condition, truss rod works as it should. The gold hardware shows some oxidation (see photos), the tuners' studs/posts were replaced by locking Wilkinson's E-Z- LOK, only the studs/posts were replaced, everything else is original. It comes with the original Crocodile Skin Original hardcase, in very good condition with the expected usage markings especially on the corners (see photos)
Like all our guitars it has been cleaned, fully checked and set up, ready to rock and it sounds great!
