Fairfield Circuitry Long Life One-Band Parametric EQ Pedal

Long Life from Fairfield Circuitry is an analog one-band parametric EQ and shelving filter pedal that combines functionality from modular synthesizers and pedals to create lush filtering and sonic sculpting. The filter is a 12dB/oct shelving filter with cutoff and resonance controls. Tilt sets the frequency response of the cutoff frequency, blending from low pass to high pass filtering with band pass in the middle. Control the filter cutoff manually with the knob, with the expression pedal input, or via the 3.5mm CV input jack. The resonance, labeled Q, can go into self oscillation and also has a 3.5mm CV input. Add a bit of boost to the input signal using the gain control which interacts with the resonance and cutoff frequency for a wide range of results. This characterful one-band EQ is a great way to dial in your perfect tone that can also be controlled via expression pedal or with a modular or semi-modular synthesizer.
