Light wear: Moderate scuff on face plate, but minor scratches on the rest of the chassis. Damage: None.
DescriptionFor jazz players, amplification isn't about a wall of 4x12 speaker stacks that will blast an audience into the next time zone, but rather a quest to achieve the perfect tonal balance, allowing each and every note to tell a story. It's for these players that Fender thoughtfully designed the Jazzmaster Ultralight Head (and the matching 112 Enclosure), though we wouldn't be surprised to see it in use beyond the boundaries of traditional jazz stylings. Weighing in at a mere seven pounds, the two-channel, 250-watt Jazzmaster Ultralight Head includes features such as individual DSP effects and three-band EQ on each channel, high- and low-gain inputs, tuner output with mute, and a speaker-emulated XLR line output with level control and ground lift. It even comes with a padded shoulder bag and locking speaker cable. But what really put it over the top for us are the classy solid maple side panels and trim strips in sunburst finish.
