This QSC EX 4000 is in exceptionally good condition.
It was QSC’s last top-of-the-line amplifier to use a conventional power supply. Later models, like the “Powerlight Series”,used switching power supplies to reduce weight and cost. There are two versions of this amplifier. Purchased in 1998, manufactured in 1997 according to serial # and verified with date codes found on several internal components. This is the latest version with the mono-parallel/stereo/mono-bridge selection switch on the back panel (the earlier version had dip switches inside).
Some may consider this amplifier overkill for home application but you can never have too much clean power and headroom. This amplifier will handle demanding speakers and subwoofers with ease.
