The Analog Rytm MKII is a standalone drum machine combining 8 voices of true analog percussion synthesis with 8 stereo sample tracks. Each analog voice provides two oscillators, noise, wave-shaping (multi-mode filter, overdrive) and amplitude envelope. Analog voices are complemented by compressors, drive and flexible routing. The 8 sample tracks accept user-loaded 24‑bit samples, with independent pitch, filter, envelope and sample LFO per track.

Groove control includes a 64-step sequencer per voice with parameter locks, probability, micro-timing, probability and conditional trigs. Each track features independent low-pass filter and overdrive. The dedicated effects engine includes distortion, delay, reverb and chorus/FX send per track. The MKII hardware adds high-resolution octave-filter knobs, faster screen, and 256‑step sequencer capacity.

Integration options include USB audio over 16 tracks, MIDI I/O, and expanded sync options. Real-world feedback highlights its punch and performance versatility:
