Boden Prog NX 7 Deep Blue is a 7‑string, headless guitar combining chambered Swamp Ash body, solid Maple top, and roasted Maple neck reinforced with carbon‑fiber and walnut. Custom-designed Ebonol fretboard holds 24 Jescar stainless frets on a 20” radius for even feel and intonation. The ergonomic EndurNeck profile and ultra-light ~2.5 kg weight support fatigue-free performance. Multi-scale layout (25.5–26.25”) delivers balanced tension and clarity across all strings. An EGS Rev7B tremolo supports stable pitch control with a pop-in arm.

The guitar is equipped with Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers (Ceramic in bridge, Alnico in neck), offering selectable voice profiles per pickup. A 3-way pickup switch, master volume with coil-split, and master tone with voice-switching provide tonal versatility across clean, crunch, and high-gain settings.

The Deep Blue satin-acrylic finish reveals the natural flame pattern and accentuates the modern design. Players report an “open, balanced acoustic tone with superb articulation” and reliable tuning stability even under aggressive tremolo use   .
