Sterling have joined forces with pop punk and punk rock's Pete Wentz from the legendary Fall Out Boy to bring players a straight-to-the-point bass with stand-out aesthetics. The anodised gold pickguard, black hardware, and loon inlay are all chosen by Pete to fit his vibes and really make this StingRay a cool addition to the Sterling line up.
With a nyatoh body and roasted maple neck it has the same foundations as the regular StingRays but what set's this one apart is that it is their first full-scale bass with passive electronics. It just features an Alnico V humbucker with a volume and tone control, just plug in and play and you have the right tones straight away without having to bother with much tonal tweaking.
