On sale SYB-3 which has a bit warmer tone than SYB-5 . Some people say that SYB-3 is inspired by different kind of synths than SYB-5. The interesting feature is the freezing option when the stompbox is pressed longer . Don't expect a lot from it or good polyphony - it was invented in 1996 (back then there was no competition in such compact format) . Works great with a ... synthesizer or keyboard . With guitar or bass - it is good when the signal is more compressed . Like when you have humbucker in the bridge position . A compressor before the pedal can also limit the dynamic and improve the tone .
