1997 DOD Grunge Amp 🇺🇸 , needs a small service , ~230V

On sale this rare Grunge amp , made in USA with DOD speaker. Now it can be used with european 230V outlets , though it was probably converted from 110V version .
From technical stand point there is a small noise , even when the guitar volume knob is turned off . It is also worth mentioning that the guitar input and phones output lack a plastic nuts . But the same noise is also on phones output , so my guess is that it is the amp's problem rather than the speaker's . Nevertheless all elements are rather low quality so maybe there is not much room for improvement . Hard to tell .
