Elektron Digitakt II is a 16-track stereo sampler and sequencer featuring 16 configurable tracks that can function as audio or MIDI, each supporting stereo or mono samples. The device includes five sample playback engines—Oneshot, Werp, Stretch, Repitch, and Grid—for diverse manipulation options. Each track is equipped with dual filter slots offering modes such as multimode, lowpass 4, EQ, comb, and legacy LP/HP, along with three assignable LFOs for complex modulation. The sequencer supports 128 steps per pattern, individual track lengths, micro-timing, and Euclidean sequencing, with parameter locks and trig conditions for detailed control. The unit provides 400 MB of sample memory and 20 GB of internal storage, with stereo sampling capabilities up to 66 seconds per sample. Connectivity includes stereo audio inputs and outputs, MIDI In/Out/Thru, and USB 2.0 for data transfer and Overbridge integration.
