Mooer Preamp Model X X2 — Dual-Channel Digital Preamp / Amp Modeller
Dual-channel digital preamp with 14 preset slots, each holding two independent channel settings — 28 amp tones on tap, covering Fender, Marshall, Mesa, Friedman, Vox and more. Footswitches can be set either to scroll presets or to switch A/B channels on the fly.
Gain, Level, Bass, Mid and Treble on the panel, plus three global cabinet simulation slots with support for third-party impulse responses and Mooer's own GIR/GNR files. Built on Mooer's MNRS sampling technology, so you can also load amp captures made with the free GE Labs app — the same idea as a Kemper profile, at a fraction of the cost.
USB-C connection for the free Mooer Studio editor: preset management, IR loading and firmware updates. Runs into an amp, an amp's FX loop, or straight to a PA or interface. 9V DC centre negative.
