Very Good condition, 7/10, Made in USA, including wooden footswitch and manual, Output tube 2 pcs. 6BM8 (ECL-82) and pre-stage 12AX7 (7025), power supply 5Y3, original 12" Jensen speaker stamped 12JIIV1392 220205, which means Jensen 1962 week 5, US model so there is an aftermarket 110V/220V converter internally for ease of use in the EU but easy to remove, 9 watts output. Controls for volume, tone, tremolo speed and tremolo intensity. No tears in the front fabric and the tweed in incredibly good condition despite its age of over 60 years, more info:
Overview
The GA-8T (or the GA-8T Discoverer) was based on the regular GA-8 but with the addition of Tremolo. Like other Gibson amps, the GA-8T changed in its covering material during its run. Initial, it had a gold wrap which was replaced by Tan in 1963 and then Black in 1965.
