Offered for sale is a beautiful 1956 Gibson Les Paul Special in the iconic TV Yellow finish, one of the most desirable vintage Gibson models from the company's Golden Era.
This guitar is an exceptionally original example, with the only non-original feature being a professional refret, expertly carried out to preserve the instrument's playability and vintage character.
To improve intonation and playing comfort, the guitar has been fitted with a Music City Bridge compensated wraparound bridge and studs, installed without any permanent modifications. This upgrade follows the recommendation of renowned Nashville session guitarist Tom Bukovac. The original bridge and studs are included, allowing the guitar to be returned to its factory specification at any time.
