About this listing
D'Angelico Deluxe Bedford Electric Guitar (Black)THE BEDFORD IS BACK. Re-introducing the Deluxe Bedford. Reimagined from its former configuration, the Deluxe Bedford offers premium componentry and a no-frills electronics configuration that guarantees inspirational tone. Now equipped with two Seymour Duncan USA Stacked P90s, the Bedford offers snappy mid-highs and rich, clear lows—all without the pesky 60-cycle hum that often turns players away from P90s. Constructed with an alder body, three piece maple and walnut neck, and ebony fingerboard, the Deluxe Bedford is well-balanced and guarantees remarkable sustain. Also features a Wilkinson six-point tremolo system. Now available in Desert Gold, Matte Walnut, and Solid Black.Offset Your Expectations. Since its introduction in 2017, the Bedford has been a welcome addition in the world of offset solid-bodies. With a deep belly cut as well as arm bevel and an extended lower bout for additional sustain, the Bedford is well balanced and highly wieldable without sacrificing sustain.Stacked Tone. You asked for more P90s and we were all too happy to oblige. Now featuring Seymour Duncan USA Stacked P90s, the Deluxe Bedford offers noiseless, articulate tone that ranges from round warmth to snappy bite with ease. A Wilkinson six-point tremolo offers both excellent tremolo control and tuning stability.Deco Details. Though far from the roots of our jazz boxes, the Bedford exudes D’Angelico history in its attention to detail: a re-designed “F-hole” pickguard, ebony fingerboard with split-block inlays, and an undersized version of our legendary original headstockSPECIFICATIONSMODEL Specific ModelDeluxe Bedford, Solid BlackSKUDADBEDSBKGTRHARDWARE Hardware ColorGoldHEADSTOCK Headstock ShapeStandardLogo InlayMother of Pearl D'Angelico New York LogoSeries Inlay (Front)Mother of Pearl Deluxe Shield LogoSerial Number (Back)Model Name, Serial NumberBinding3-plyFinishGlossHeadpinCupolaTunersGrover 509 Super Rotomatic, LockingStringsD'Angelico Electrozinc 10's (10-46)Truss Rod CoverAluminum SkyscraperNut Width1 11/16"Nut MaterialTusqFINGERBOARD MaterialEbonyBinding3-plyFretwireJescar 47/104 Nickel SilverScale Length24.75"Radius14"Top InlayMother of Pearl/Abalone Split BlockSide MarkerYesFret Number22NECK Material3 pieceFinishSatinProfileC-ShapeJoint TypeSet-ThruThickness1F: 20mm, 12F: 22mmTruss RodDual ActionBODY Body ShapeOffsetBody StyleSolidbodyBody Depth1.625"Body Width13.25"ColorSolid BlackFinishGlossTop MaterialAlderBack MaterialAlderSide MaterialAlderBindingN/ABridgeWilkinson Six-Point Tremolo (Gold)TailpieceWilkinson Six-Point Tremolo (Gold)PickguardF-Hole Style Tortoise (5-ply)Back PlateTortoisePickup Selector3-way Blade SwitchKnobs2 EbonyStrap ButtonsGold, LockingELECTRONICS Overview2 Seymour Duncan P90 Stack // 1 volume 1 tone // 3-way bladePickup (Neck)Seymour Duncan P90 Stack Neck (Cream Cover)Pickup (Middle)N/APickup (Bridge)Seymour Duncan P90 Stack Bridge (Cream Cover)Pots500kOutput JackStandard MonoGENERAL CaseDeluxe Hardshell (DABEDCASE)Made InKorea¬â€
