The CS339 is Gibson's answer to the question: what if you combined the warmth of a semi-hollow guitar with the focus and control of a solidbody? The result is a compact, lightweight instrument that knows exactly what it wants.
This Cherry finished CS339 has the looks of the classic ES model but the raw energy of a Les Paul. At its core, the CS339 is a solidbody with two side chambers, leaving the central solid mahogany sustain block intact. Think more of a chambered double-cut Les Paul.
This 2010 guitar has seen the road. There is noticable playwear on the body. There are also 3 round specs in the lacquer around the tailpiece. The previous owner has changed the volume and tones knobs for wooden knobs.
Comes in a hardshell Gibson case and a TFOA passport.
