Vintage Olds Mendez Long Model Cornet in silver plate, built in Fullerton, CA around 1960 (serial 333xxx). This horn comes from the collection of Boyde Hood of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and is in excellent playing condition.

Factory literature describes it as medium-large bore, lightweight, with first and third slide triggers and fast valves—a pro-level cornet built to handle solo, studio, and lead work.
