The Epiphone Les Paul™ Custom has been updated and is now better than ever. A model from the Inspired by Gibson™ Collection, this guitar pays homage to the 1950s classic, designed by Gibson himself. Les Paul in 1954 as a “tuxedo” version of his groundbreaking solidbody masterpiece. It features an all-mahogany body (and figured maple veneer top on the Heritage Cherry Sunburst version), a mahogany neck with a refined Modern Medium C profile, an ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays and medium jumbo frets, gold hardware, including a gold Epiphone LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and LockTone Stop Bar tailpiece, a pair of Epiphone’s new Probucker™ Custom humbucking pickups, which are based on Gibson Custom’s Custombucker humbuckers, and a larger Custom split diamond inlay on the headstock. This Epiphone Inspired by Gibson model also features a '60s-style Kalamazoo headstock, a Graph Tech® nut, period-era wiring, and CTS® pots. A premium Epiphone gig bag is now included to protect the guitar when not in use and during travel.
