AudioQuest CV-6 2014 - Red

I’ve owned this cable for about 8 years now, and I have upgraded the banana plugs to audioquest 1009b banana plugs silver plated, cooper, occasionally, I take them out of the speaker in amplifier and clean them as they do oxidize because they are silver they were bought locally here on eBay about five years ago.

They sound absolutely incredible, very detailed in the high and mid range, and the bass is very punchy The only reason I’m selling is I’m looking to upgrade to the Thunderbird. These cables very closely resemble the rocket 88 that Audioquest currently has as their flagship copper cable, they use the very same metal that is in the rocket 88 PCS+ copper. No joke this cable is an extremely good cable. The reason I have not uninstalled it and purchased a new cable is because it sounds so good, but it’s time for me to upgrade to push the last 5% to 10% out of my system

The DBS systems on both cables still work perfectly. One of the rubber bands did tear on the right speaker cable it’s just a plastic rubber band. Nothing serious, the cable itself is in good condition where the cable splits to the left and right speaker. They are a little scratched up as you could see in the photo slightly.

They also include the original silver plated banana plugs from audioquest.

And if you’re curious where I originally got the cables from, they were from a local guy in San Francisco when I visited in 2018.
