Here we have a beautiful looking ash bodied 1952 reissue Fender Telecaster. It's a made in Japan not Mexico so expect excellent build quality. It’s a CIJ S-Serial from 2005. It’s a wonderful player & looks awesome with the natural ash grained body. Great vintage specs with nice fairly chunky U neck, 7.25" fingerboard radius, slotted screws and black single ply scratchplate (sightly warped). Very resonant and feels great to play with a superb action and plenty of Tele twang and some real bite courtesy of the factory fitted USA Texas Special pickups. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. No breaks, repairs or routing. Weight is 3.9kg. Clean condition overall for two decades with just light playwear and a little paint nick near the jack socket. Definitely one of the cooler MIJ ‘52s we’ve had in of late. Complete with thick heavy-duty Fender padded softcase. All pictures are of actual guitar.
