This is a balanced single Sylvania 12AX7 tube. It was made in the USA by Sylvania. This tube is balanced and tests much stronger than NOS. This tube was manufactured to rigorous industrial specifications for reduced noise and microphonics. This tube has long black plates, faded green lettering, and a square getter. These are highly sought after Sylvania 12AX7 tubes, act quickly before they sell out!! More available upon request.
Be careful buying tubes from other sellers who list "matched pairs" but do not provide test results or specify the equipment that they use to test their tubes.
I personally tested this tube on my recently calibrated Hickok 600a and TV7D/U tube testers.
