With the "November Burst" finish from the Gibson Les Paul Slash Signature Series, the music video for "November Rain" immediately comes to mind, with Saul Hudson, better known as "Slash", doing his legendary guitar solo in front of the church. Indeed, the fascinating outfit of the "Gibson Les Paul Slash November Burst" is clearly based on the Paula from this video. No wonder, because the old rocker from Guns N' Roses swears by the Les Paul Standard from Gibson since the band's early days. "It's an all-time iconic guitar!" To put it in his own words.
A solid mahogany body with a wonderfully figured AAA maple top, a mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets have always been a guarantee for excellent vibration behavior with endless sustain. The two custom Burstbucker Alnico II humbucker pickups go perfectly with this, they are made for classic vintage Blues, Rock and Hard Rock sounds. Exceptionally powerful, dynamic, singing and fat in tone and with a lot of headroom! All in all, a Paula that is by far not only interesting for Slash fans, but can also be a damn good workhorse for rockers of all styles. Slash fans can also enjoy a neat trussrod cover with engraved Slash logo, as well as the classic "Skully" logo on the back of the headstock.
