Here's a really nice Three Tone Sunburst Fender 1972 Reissue Thinline Telecaster featuring a beautiful ash body and maple neck and fingerboard. It is one of a limited run built in 1999 and now discontinued. Made by Fender in Japan, not Mexico, so you can expect perfect build quality.  The guitar boasts a Wide Range humbucker design more tonally faithful to the original than later Fender reissues, and these pickups are fat and full sounding while still having a distinctive top end character. The maple neck has a medium C-shaped profile carve with full shoulders in every register and lightly rolled fretboard edges. The headstock features Kluson-style tuning machines. The "Crafted in Japan" text and P-prefix serial number is present above the three-bolt F neck plate. The Sunburst gloss finish is exceedingly clean and vibrant, with just a few tiny nicks and faint finish scratches on the body as a whole. The gloss finish on the neck profile is flawless.No issues whatsoever either electrically on structurally. No mods, breaks or repairs. Very clean throughout, a couple of little bumps & tiny nick on the top edge but super clean overall.
