This '64 reissue features a lightweight, 2-piece alder body, which makes it a comfortable weight (3340 grams) on the strap. The fingerboard is also "sorted for" – this really dark rosewood complements the classic Fender custom-color "Fiesta Red" perfectly! A relic finish was omitted for this Strat; its NOS finish makes it look very new, and the future owner will still have to take care of the patina themselves. The tone, however, is already truly "old" – this gem immediately conveys the impression of a carefully played-in instrument.
