This guitar remains in near excellent condition for its age although has a few of very slight scratches. Most importantly, woods are very well preserved without any cracks or repairs. I tried to takes many pictures with a very close distance in order to help you understand its condition. This guitar is still very nice guitar with very good sound and playability.

Top: Solid Spruce
Back & Sides: Solid Brazilian rosewood with straight grain
Neck: Mahogany
Fingerboard: Ebony
Frets and Fretboard are in very good condition
Scale: 650 mm
Nut width: 51 mm

Its action is set to 4.0mm under E6, and 3.0 mm under E1 @12th fret with more room at the saddle, so easy to play or adjust a lower action.
