This amplifier has been meticulously tuned by the shop, with other tubes then what Marshall usually installs from the factory. That is why it is more authentic and precise than the same amp straight from the factory. This amp sounds woody and is an ideal pedal platform if needed. Let’s go back to the beginning. In 1962, in a small shop in Hanwell, Jim Marshall created and began selling the first Marshall amp, a JTM45. The Marshall sound was born ! The rest is history. This reissue meticulously replicates this original Marshall sound. Using the GZ34 valve rectifier, it works with the ECC83 and 5881 valves to generate the harmonic and unmistakable Marshall tone.
