  Up for grabs is this NEW 18" hempopotamus LOUDspeakers field coil speaker.....This is for a single...

At this time, I only have one but I also accept special orders for these and other field coil units...

 ... Most field coil audio systems are a bit limited on their low end response, as there aren't very many larger diameter speakers available.

......If you do find something larger in size, it's either beat to XXXX, or the materials are almost at the end of their lives.
........Even a nice looking unit can be deceptive on condition, and internally suffer from dry rot, moisture fatigue and adhesive oxidation, so it's a real gamble when you buy USED gear...

... That is a lot of what drove me to offer these 18"  cone extended range woofers...

These cones are designed to be light weight enough to have an extended response, yet still play deep to do the low range subwoofer frequencies.

   That will give you a pretty good idea of what they are and how they are built... You guys know what this stuff is, and how it'll operate in your system...
..This unit provides phenomenally realistic, lifelike, smooth, natural, almost 3D like presentation in a speaker size that simply isn't common in an 18" diameter.... This is a LARGE field coil speaker....

   The field coil and the bucking coil have SOLDERED on spade  connectors for universal hook up, and the voice coil has spring loaded/bare wire terminals....

..You CAN drive the voice coil with virtually any conventional amplifier, and then only supply the field winding with DC voltage for  easy Hi-Fi operation.... 

You don't need $10,000 worth audio gear and power supplies to run these, just a good clean DC source...

......Field coil systems are usually limited to smaller drivers for the low end duty, and low end suffers fro never having these larger speakers. NOT ANY MORE!!!!

..  Even simple 2 way operation can be achieved with a wide range tweeter and a pair of these...Although, they really excel in a 3, 4 or  way system with active crossover electronics , if you should happen to have that sorta' gear..

 I know how hard it is to buy the RIGHT loudspeakers over the internet, so I'm providing my 15 day "NO-GAMBLE" return option from delivery date (((less customer/carrier damage ))) if for ANY REASON you simply don't like what you just bought.....
