The DGT is David Grissom's signature PRS electric guitar, where DGT stands for "David Grissom Trem." This guitar features a patented PRS bridge for ergonomics and tuning stability, PRS Phase III locking tuners for a more resonant feel, and PRS DGT pickups for rhythm and soloing with a Texas-style voice. It features Moon inlays and a Dark Cherry Burst finish.

The DGT (David Grissom Trem) is the result of more than 20 years of collaboration between Paul Reed Smith and David Grissom. The DGT is based on the McCarty platform but features a specially designed neck shape, higher frets, special pickups, and a revised control layout. Grissom and Paul spent over a year comparing pickups before achieving the vintage tones offered by the DGT humbuckers. Separate volume controls and a push/pull tone knob add versatility to this guitar.
