Nice 1973 Fender Hardtail Stratocaster in great condition from the original owner who bought it in December 1973 in Maryland. He once installed different (Schaller) tuners and the holes were enlarged but the original „F-tuners“ are back on. There was also something like a string retainer leaving 3 small (already filled) holes on the headstock and ghe installed a 5-way switch. Otherwise it’s original. Typical for 1973 the pickups are black bottoms (after they disappeared in 1964 they only appear in 1973). Nice figured maple neck which has a profile on the slimmer side. All pots are dated 1973, the neck as well. Nice guitar, original frets and low action! Comes incl. original case, a copy of the original bridge cover, sales invoice, warranty card and manual.
