Here is a very cool vintage early 1990’s FujiGen built Fender 62' RI Telecaster (TL62B) in three tone sunburst finish. This is Fender Japan’s top of the line Tele. It features all the good stuff. Double bound, lightweight alder body, very dark slab rosewood 7.25 radius fretboard and heaps of vintage mojo. It’s an MIJ N-Serial (+6 digits) built between 1993-94 (no pencil dating on this one). The double body binding has aged beautifully on this Tele, having naturally faded to a deep dark vintage yellow over the decades, it looks superb against the sunburst body (just check the pics, you wont see a cooler looking Fender Tele). It plays great too, nice action with plenty of bite & twang if you want it courtesy of the 3 saddles. It’s a great weight at 3.3kg. No issues either electrically or structurally. Neck fine, frets fine, truss rod fine. Being from 1993 it is obviously not new & mint, with some lovely naturally earned playwear. Some scuffs and bumps etc but no paint chips or anything ugly. The FujiGen poly looks and feels very thin as you sometimes find on these older MIJ Teles, it adds to the resonance of this guitar & also looks pretty cool as it has dulled and lost a lot of the shine similar to an aged nitro finish. The dark rosewood fingerboard looks very nice indeed.  Complete with old period correct Japanese leatherette softcase. Don't miss it, once it’s gone it's gone.
