About this listing
The Suhr Classic T Roasted Limited Edition in 2-Tone Tobacco Burst brings the timeless character of a traditional T-style guitar together with the refined construction and playability of a modern Suhr instrument. Its two-piece roasted pine body features carefully sculpted arm, hand, and tummy contours, offering a comfortable playing experience while retaining the unmistakable silhouette of the Classic T. The gloss 2-Tone Tobacco Burst finish highlights the natural character of the roasted pine, while the roasted flame maple neck and roasted maple fingerboard provide a striking visual pairing and a beautifully responsive foundation for the instrument's voice.
The neck features a 60s C Vintage Standard profile measuring .810" to .930", with a 9" to 12" compound radius and standard rolled fingerboard edges for a comfortable transition across the neck. Twenty-two stainless steel jumbo frets provide a smooth, durable playing surface, complemented by black face dots and black side dots. The original headstock carries a gold-fill, black-outline Suhr decal and is finished in satin, matching the satin neck finish for a smooth, natural feel. A 1.650" Tusq white nut and Suhr locking chrome tuning gears provide precise tuning stability, while the chrome Electrosocket input jack and strap hardware complete the understated hardware package.
Tonally, the Classic T Roasted Limited Edition is equipped with a chrome Vintage T neck pickup and a black Vintage T bridge pickup, offering the clear, articulate character and familiar snap associated with the T-style format. A three-way blade selector with black barrel T-style tip controls the pickup selection, while master volume and tone controls are mounted on a traditional chrome control plate with chrome knobs. The Wilkinson three-saddle Classic T bridge provides a direct, resonant connection to the body, and the instrument is equipped with SSCII electronics for enhanced noise reduction while preserving the character and response of the pickups. A white one-ply Classic T pickguard adds a crisp contrast against the tobacco burst finish.
Set up in E Standard tuning with .010" to .046" strings, the guitar weighs 6 lbs 9 oz and offers a compelling balance of vintage-inspired feel and contemporary precision. From the roasted pine body and flame maple neck to the stainless steel frets, locking tuners, Wilkinson bridge, and carefully voiced Vintage T pickups, every detail has been chosen with playability, reliability, and tone in mind. Complete with a premium softshell case, this Suhr Classic T Roasted is a beautifully finished instrument with the familiar soul of a classic T-style guitar and the refined execution expected from Suhr.
