This is a Japanese built Fender Steve Harris Signature model P-Bass.  A very hard to find model that was built from 1999-2002 and features a Lake placid blue finish with a factory loaded Seymour Duncan pickup. This bass has some small nicks/scratches and I see a couple dings on the edge of the body and finish chips at the strap button but overall is still in very good condition.  The pickguard has been changed to a silver anodized guard and it has a Hipshot drop tuner installed (I don't have the original parts). The frets are in excellent shape and it plays cleanly up and down the neck with good action and no buzzes or issues.  The controls and pickups work as they should and it sounds great!
