This is an ooooold TC Booster+ Distortion pedal. It's working 100% and I put in a fresh battery. I have not tested it at the power jack as I don't have the correct cable for it.
Great sound and very easy to sculpt your tone with it -- a wide range of settings. Obviously, you get what you see, and it has its share of wear and tear on the casing but is in good order.
