This is an 1959 Fender Stratocaster with original parts, but the body was refinished in Candy Apple Red. Sounds truly magical.
This is a spring/summer 1959 with the 8 screw 3 layer pickguard and slab board with beautiful grains.
It has the original black bottom pickups (bridge pickup rewound), pots are dated 1960, but CTS, not Stackpole, capacitor, single line tuners, clay dots, tremolo, pickguard. There is a later 3 way switch is installed, but the original is still included. The neck has a very comfortable c shape and a light flame in the maple, looks great. The guitar comes in a vintage but non original case.
