The Sennheiser MD21 microphone is a classic that belongs in every studio. Useful for many purposes, such as overheads, snare, guitar cabs, etcetera. Being omni-directional, it has no proximity effect, and (originally designed for reporters) is almost impervious to wind noise. At last, it is built as sturdy as can be.
This MD 21 comes from the 1960s. Despite some cosmetic wear (see pictures), it sounds as it should. It has a XLR connector.
