Untested, missing a bunch of tubes. Looks like some minor cap work has been done since its construction. Point-to-point wiring.
Please not that knobs are missing and the right-most pot has one stave missing. The left-most selector is actually a multifunction switch - it is also missing a stave. The pots and switch all turn as they should.
