Stunning historic guitar from 1958 built by the Alvarez brothers (Lorenzo and Juan) but with the guidelines, plans, woods and knowledge of Marcelo Barbero. Barbero died in 1956 without being able to finish this guitar and the Alvarez brothers, his disciples at the time, decided to finish it. You can easily see that it is his by the quality of the materials used, all the profiling, the details, the rosette and the finishes of the guitar made by Marcelo Barbero. Any collector or someone who is familiar with Barbero's guitars will notice this. It is in excellent condition, without cracks or repairs, nothing. Something very unusual in a guitar of this age, this is due to the quality of Barbero's construction, which supports what was said above. The sound is a true beauty, deep bass that hits your body when you play it and crystal-clear and bright highs, a very warm sound, due to its top-quality woods and the drying of these. A guitar that in a few years will have an incalculable value, worthy of being placed in guitar museums. For more information, contact me.
