Killer Custom Gun Metal Fade Shell Pack

Custom built in Canada by Killer Snares, this gorgeous all maple 4 piece shell pack is a refreshing departure from your standard kit. With the current trend to minimalist drum sets, it’s difficult to find a big classic kit!

All components are new and only played by the builder to tune and test. This one-of-a-kind drum set has the following features.

Drum sizes (depth x diameter in inches):

·         16 x 24 bass drum

·         11 x 13 rack tom

·         14 x 15 floor tom

·         16 X 16 floor tom

> All tom shells are Keller VSS maple.

> Bearing edges round over with slight 30 degree inner counter cut.

> Bass drum is a NEW Gretsch Renown Maple shell.

> Toms have Gretsch style chrome lugs.

>  Toms have 2.3mm triple flange chrome hoops.

>  Remo Pinstripe (clear) batter heads on all toms. Remo Clear Ambassador resonant.

>  Bass drum batter head is Evans EQ3. Resonant head Remo Ambassador Ebony.

These are not your normal drum sizes. The odd size toms were an intentional design move to differentiate from the standard 10-12-14-16 size configuration you’ll see every day. The 16” tom was made only because they do not make a 17” shell. The 24” bass drum gives the set an overall “Bonham-esque” look and sound. The hardware is also heavy duty procured specifically for this robust kit.

NOTE: Snare drum, hardware and cymbals pictured are not included. I can make a matching Killer Snare using a ½” thick Keller Magnum shell – dimension to your specification.
