This is Vitalii's take on the rare and discontinued Bixonic Expandora. The standard Expandora had two switches to dial in different settings. With the Bloom, it was replaced with one rotary switch that also includes the "secret" Fuzz mode. Another feature is the Voice switch, which allows to select different clipping options: Silicon diodes (like in the original), LEDs, and NOS (new old stock) Germanium diodes.
The Bloom ist a great pedal for anyone who wants to try something different than the standard options as a drive pedal. It can go from clean boost to pretty crazy fuzz and it's superbly crafted, like all of Vitalii's / Drunk Beavers' pedals. It's the current model, comes with the original box and cloth bag and it's like new. Support Drunk Beaver and support the Ukraine!
