The Revelator RetroSonic is more than just a tribute to the golden era of guitars; it is a masterclass in "vintage-accurate" feel combined with modern boutique reliability. Crafted by Eric Stein and the team at Revelator Guitars, the RetroSonic is designed for players who crave the soulful resonance and broken-in feel of a 1950s & 60s instrument without the vintage price tag or maintenance headaches.
Design & Aesthetic: The RetroSonic takes the iconic, ergonomic offset body shape and refines it. Each instrument features a thin-skin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, meticulously aged to simulate decades of honest play wear.
Body: Usually crafted from lightweight swamp ash ensuring the guitar is resonant and comfortable for long sets.
The "Vibe": From weather checking to oxidized hardware, the relic work is organic and convincing, making the guitar feel like an old friend from the moment you pick it up.
