The M2 is a great all-Mahogany single cone 12 fretter. A classic darker brown Mahogany with satin finish, and it has a cool plain dark brown binding. Nickel plated sieve coverplate and tailpiece.
The neck has the same matching finish and wood, and a peghead (solid) headstock with a pearloid overlay with the National Shield decal. Ebony fingerboard, bound, with Mother of Pearl diamond-shaped fingerboard inlays.
A stunning wood bodied classic National with a deep rich barking and sweet warm tone and the beautiful resophonic reverberation of the ages.
